FULL SERVICE: monthly planning timelines to track progress, unlimited email correspondence, complimentary logo creation, event design (curating the overall aesthetic using client's chosen colors, theme, logos, venue, and desired budget), targeted vendor recommendations, vendor contact, contract negotiation, and management, virtual and in person meetings as needed, RSVP/event website design, save the date and invitation design, walkthrough at venue to finalize event details with your key vendors, personalized floor plans, day-of schedule, and gratuity guide, onsite assistance and event management from setup to teardown.

You tell us what you want & we make it happen, so you focus on the fun stuff... like telling your Aunt Helen that her new boyfriend didn't make the guest list.

You'll split the heavy load with your planner, and then you get to relax & let them take charge on event day.

 

MONTH OF: 1 virtual meeting upon booking, 1 planning meeting at your venue about a month prior to your event to walkthrough all of the final details with your key vendors, personalized floor plans, day-of schedule, and gratuity guide, onsite assistance and event management from setup to teardown, and targeted vendor recommendations upon request.
